In a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath & Reiki Healing there is no water, so don’t worry about getting wet! Sound baths & reiki healing are a fully clothed experience designed to relax and treat a host of mental and physical ailments. Let us take you through a guided meditation before starting the bath with waves of sound produced by Tibetan singing bowls and crystal bowls. Sound bathing is an ancient form of healing that uses frequencies as a form of medicine and are said to calm the nervous system, aid in stress relief, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain and even depression.

Jo is an Advanced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200, RYT 500 Yoga Alliance International) and has been a Reiki master since 2008 and teachers Reik and Yogai all over the world. She is a trained sound therapist after completing her training with the renowned Peter Hess Institute. Recently she has become a Qigong instructor with the Long White Cloud Qigong training school.

As a wellbeing and educational charity, The Isbourne aims to make its courses and workshops accessible to all regardless of income. We have researched how other organisations fund their courses and come up with a three tier pricing system:

Supported rate: this fee is less than the Standard and allows anyone with financial challenges to still participate. You do not have to show proof, this is offered on trust.

Standard rate: this is how much we would like all participants to pay as it covers The Isbourne costs and supports the tutor.
Sponsor rate: this is a little more than the Standard fee and allows you to subsidise and support others who might not be able to pay the Standard fee.

You choose what tier of payment best suits you - no questions asked!
