All of us can experience stress and anxiety in our lives, it is a common human experience. However, staying too long in this state is unhealthy. Learn some simple, effective exercises to naturally release these tensions and cultivate more peace and balance.

On this four week course you will learn simple Qigong moves that are then put together for a slow and mindful sequence to help calm both the mind and the body.

Karen has 29 years of experience in the healing benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. She is certified as a Shibashi Qigong Instructor by Master Wing Cheung at the Tai Chi, Qigong & Feng Shui Institute and has studied (and continues to study to her great delight) with many world-renowned Qigong and Tai Chi Masters and Teachers. 

This is a Quality Endorsed course from our awarding body Open College Network West Midlands. It is your kite mark of quality and at the end of the course you will be posted a certificate.
