Do you often feel not fully alive, struggling in love, relationships or family life and just not fully who you want to be? Or maybe you have health, money or work issues?  Identity Constellations helps you understand and shift what is going on at a deeper level.

This workshop is an opportunity to explore in a mindful, embodied way how your earliest attachment experience has made you who you are and how this affects your close relationships, your health & sexuality, your work and the quality of your life. So much of our life is about being what others want us to be and giving up on who we are. This is the result of pre-birth/infant love and identity trauma where we had to give up on ourselves to keep connected to our mother and her needs.

The workshop will start with an introduction to the theory of early love and identity trauma survival and clear explanation of the process we use for resolving early relational trauma. All constellations start with an Intention. You will either get the chance to constellate yourself or be a resource for another through somatic resonance, focusing and felt sense. Experience shows either way brings greater consciousness of the parts of your inner psyche formed from early experience and how they affect you now.  This can bring life-changing shifts in how we see ourselves with increased health, clarity of thought and sense of aliveness.

The Identity-oriented constellation method has been developed by Prof Franz Ruppert (Munich) alongside other practitioners worldwide.

No previous experience is required to attend although it is recommended you read ‘Becoming Your True Self’ by Vivian Broughton (available through Amazon) before the workshop.
