HEALING FROM PAIN CPD: 12 hours
Would you like to relieve and understand your chronic pain rather than constantly fighting against it?
This gentle course will help you reconnect with your body and emotions in a safe and supportive environment. Bringing together body awareness, mindfulness, trauma work and insights from neuroscience, this course will show you how to ease physical pain and gain insights into the deeper causes.

Your tutor, Claire Seabrook, is an experienced body-mind practitioner and teacher who brings humour, heart and practical wisdom to her work. She has been in practice for over 25 years and is a craniosacral therapist with specialist further training in trauma recovery. She has also trained intensively in process-orientated psychology and brings the practice of mindfulness to her work.
