Meditation afternoons with Mary Pearson offer you the opportunity to join with like-minded people and find peace and tranquillity. It is an opportunity for you to take time out from your busy life. Come and meditate in the beautiful Isbourne Centre with an experienced teacher. Mary has been running meditation sessions since 1994 and has been a tutor at The Isbourne since 2001. Mary is the Chief Executive and co-founder of The British School of Meditation. The Meditation School was established in 2010 to train meditation teachers. The course is externally accredited and has Ofqual recognition. The School now has centres throughout the country. Mary is the author of ‘Meditation, The Stress Solution’, published in 2010.
