Tuesdays 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th June (4 sessions) 10.30am – 11.45am
Qi Gong consists of practices, which encourage Qi or “life energy”. We do several sets of slow, flowing exercises, which are suitable for all ages. Daily practice of these exercises can improve health and harmony of mind and body. This is a relaxed and friendly class. It is also quite popular! So it is advisable to book before the start of a block to ensure a place.
Margaret has been teaching this class for well over 10 years. For several years she taught jointly with her late husband, Qi Gong Master, Martin Kelly.
Cost: £8.00 per session, £28.00 for four session block
