These fun, flowing classes are a great way to start the weekend. Physical postures tone muscles leaving you revitalised; breathwork and relaxation brings you into the present moment, able to appreciate your down-time. These classes are suitable for beginners and more experienced.
Some yoga mats are available to borrow.
Ann has practiced Yoga since 2003, starting with athletic Ashtanga. Subsequently she found other styles gave different benefits. Her teaching reflects this diversity, incorporating aspects from dynamic Vinyasa Flow to restful Yin. She completed her teaching diploma at Yogacampus, London.
Cost: £30.00 for four-session block or £10.00 per session
