Thursday 24th May, 7.00pm – 8.30pm
Mark Rice-Oxley had a major depressive breakdown in 2009, forcing him to face some uncomfortable truths.
Why was he always so busy, so restless, and so worried about results, outcomes, people and himself? Slowly he rethought his life and his outlook, and wrote a book about it in 2012.
He has been sharing his valuable insights on how to cope with depression, defuse stress, become more psychologically flexible and to generally give less of a damn about things with whoever will listen ever since.
