Wednesdays 17th January - 14th February (5 sessions) 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Meditation is an ancient and scientifically proven practice that can help us to navigate modern life more wisely and skilfully. These classes are designed for those new to the practice, as well as those who enjoy the energy of meditating with like-minded people.
Each session begins with a mindfulness based meditation and ends on the loving kindness meditation (Metta practice), with one or two different meditations in between each week. You will learn practical tips on how to bring more mindfulness to your everyday life and how to develop a regular meditation practice.
