By making meditation part of your morning ritual you'll be giving your day the best start it can possibly have, and you will start experiencing the benefits from your very first 30-minute guided session. Once you master the skill of meditation, you'll be able to use it anytime, anywhere.
Classes incorporate gentle commentary, soothing music and bit of quiet. Just turn up and Makeda will take care of the rest!
Makeda is an experienced mindfulness coach and meditation teacher based in Cheltenham. With a background in education, marketing and sales, plus experience of working for large companies like Virgin and Whole Foods Market, Makeda understands the challenges of corporate world and uses this knowledge to support her clients.
Makeda tailors mindfulness and meditation programs both for groups and individuals to teach them about the importance of self-care and how they can achieve better work life balance.
