Mondays: 20th February – 10th April (8 sessions) 7.15pm – 8.30pm
Over 8 weeks Lois will introduce you to the fascinating world of the tarot exploring its history, the major and minor arcana, court cards, different layouts, card combinations, phrasing questions, becoming a reader & tarot reading ethics. The course will teach you how to read for yourself as well as reading for others. There will be assignments to accompany the course and students are required to obtain their own Rider Waite or Rider Waite Pocket tarot deck before starting the course.
The tarot is a deck of 78 cards that has been used for centuries to reveal hidden truths. It is a powerful tool for personal growth and insight. Learning how to use the cards will empower you to make informed decisions for the future, based on where you are right now. You do not have to have ‘psychic powers’ to use the tarot successfully. All you need is the willingness to honour and develop your natural intuition.
Although clairvoyant as a child, Lois’ interest in spirituality really began in her late twenties when she purchased her first pack of tarot cards. Since then she has studied the tarot extensively and now shares this knowledge with others to empower and encourage them on their own spiritual journeys.
Lois now runs spiritual workshops and classes as well as offering private consultations which take a holistic approach to healing mind, body and soul. Lois’ style of teaching has been described by her students as very positive and coming from a place of love. She has studied with the Tarot Association of the British Isles, (TABI) and is also a qualified teacher, hypnotherapist, reflexologist, massage therapist, aromatherapist and Reiki healer.
