Meditation is the perfect antidote to the stresses and strains of 21st century living, says meditation expert Mary Pearson

Working as a teacher in a comprehensive school for many years, Mary Pearson faced challenging and stressful situations on a daily basis. When she learned to meditate, she found it helped her to remain calm and centred in any situation and she was able to cope with whatever life threw at her. She became a meditation teacher and has now been teaching classes for over 15 years.
