Let your senses lead the way to quietness of mind, peace in the heart and relaxation of the body. By focusing on your experience in the moment and following your intuitive physical responses to the tutor's suggestions for movement, you will weave your own unique pathway to physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It's a wonderful antidote to time spent sitting at a computer, driving in the car or in a sedentary occupation. There are no steps to learn and no possibility of getting it 'wrong'. Nor is there any need for previous experience, just a willingness to explore and curiosity as to what you might discover about yourself...
Wear comfortable layered clothes and soft-soled footwear or socks. This course is also suitable for those with limited mobility and fitness, those recovering from a period of physical infirmity and those looking for a safe and easy way to increase their level of physical activity.
