By focusing on your experience in the moment and following your intuitive physical responses to the tutor's suggestions for movement, you will weave your own unique pathway to physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. It's a wonderful antidote to time spent sitting at a computer, driving in the car or in a sedentary occupation. There are no steps to learn and no possibility of getting it 'wrong'.
