Simon Parke was a priest in the Church of England for twenty years before giving it up to stack supermarket shelves for three years (as recorded in his popular diary Shelf Life). He is now a writer and retreat leader, with his weekly One-Minute Mystic column in the Daily Mail recently published by Hay House.
