And Did Those Feet in Ancient Times?

Monday 30th March - 7.00-9.00pm

The author of new book 'The Missing Years of Jesus: The Greatest Story Never Told' shares compelling evidence that Jesus lived in Britain.

dennispricestonehenge.jpgJesus Christ is unquestionably the most famous human being ever to have lived, but the Bible is unaccountably silent concerning his whereabouts between the ages of 12 and 30, a period that encompasses his adolescence, teenage years and early adulthood. This period constitutes over half his entire life of 33 years, so it's reasonable to regard this matter of ˜the missing years of Jesus' as the single greatest historical mystery of which we're aware.

Numerous stories of Jesus supposedly visiting Britain during these 'missing years' were compiled in the early part of the last century, in what's collectively come to be known as The Holy Legend. This concept finds its most famous expression in the words of Jerusalem, which has long since gone on to become our most popular patriotic song. William Blake, who wrote the original poem in 1805, posed the question ˜And did those feet in ancient time, walk upon England's mountains green?' But until now, no one has been able to answer this.

It is of course a fascinating and enthralling idea that the most famous human being in history once spent time, far away from his homeland, in England's green and pleasant land, but apart from recycling the legends and indulging in some wishful thinking, no one has ever applied themselves to methodically studying this most tantalising of mysteries. Now, however, for anyone yearning for a glimpse of these missing years, Dennis Price now presents a 95,000 word non-fiction book entitled The Missing Years of Jesus: The Greatest Story Never Told dedicated to this investigating this matter. The book will be published by Hay House in March 2009.

An expert on Stonehenge and Silbury Hill, unorthodox archaeologist Dennis Price has also studied many other sites of mystical and religious importance and his invesigations have been reported worldwide. For more information see: http://www.eternalidol.com/
